Cancellation Policy

 

We totally get that plans change! Our deposits are non-refundable, but if you give us a heads up at least a week before, you can reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new, available slot. If you reschedule more than once, though, you'll forfeit the initial deposit and need to make a fresh one for the new date.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments will attract a no-show fee. We'll miss you, but our professionals' time is precious!

Package Policy

Bought a package deal? They're non-refundable, and last a year from purchase. If you're a no-show or cancel without enough notice, you'll lose that session. Remember to shine on time!

Your appointment time is your spotlight moment, so please, arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, it's counted as a no-show. We run a tight ship to ensure everyone gets their deserved glow-up time!
